Returns Policy

We want you to love and adore your Little Collections products. We're committed to providing as much detail about our products in the description. Please feel free to contact us if you need more information via hello@littlecollections.com.au

We do understand that sometimes things can go amiss. We offer refunds or a credit if the product does not meet quality standards according to the following conditions:

  • Is returned within 30 days of order delivery (NOTE: If you've bought our products in advance for a gift, please check your product upon delivery as we cannot replace any faulty items after 30 days)
  • Item arrived faulty
  • Has not been used and is not soiled or damaged
  • Has original packaging and tags
  • Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items or change of mind.

Kindly note Little Collections will only cover the cost of return shipping if you've received an incorrect or faulty item.

What Defines Faulty?

Our products are all lovingly handmade by humans, therefore each piece is unique and may have some slight imperfections. If you're concerned that the product presents a major fault, please contact our Customer Care Team hello@littlecollections.com.au and we will do our best to serve a fair remedy. 

Returns Process

If all of the above conditions are met, please log into your account and submit a request for return.   

Shipping:

We ship Australia wide and offer $10 flat fee shipping 

Pre-orders 

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind. Little Collections is not liable for a refund for change of mind.

Refunds are only available on damaged or faulty goods when a replacement or exchange is unavailable.
